Australian television Journalist, Leisa Goddard, is the founder of award-winning Digital/PR firm, Adoni Media. Fortune 500 and ASX-listed companies work with Leisa and her Adoni Media team for interview/media training and PR campaigns because of Leisa’s 25 years experience in the media. She’s worked as a foreign correspondent and reported for news and programs such as Nine’s A Current Affair and Seven’s Today Tonight. Leisa knows what the media wants, what journalists need and how to get her clients noticed.

Michelle Pascoe lives and breathes her passion for customer advocacy, igniting the potential in individuals and team motivation through mentoring. She is an experienced businesswoman, international speaker and specialist in every aspect of service operations and processes, and their impact on the customer.

In 1994 she founded Optimum Operating Procedures & Services (OOPS) employing 60 people. Providing Mystery Shopping, Benchmarking, Team and Management development. Michelle has written two books, her latest The VIP Principle – Discover How Guest Experiences Drive Long Term Growth.

Virginia specialises in Change Leadership and Organizational Change, and offers one-on-one coaching, tailored mentoring programs, and workshop facilitation.

The invaluable insights and know-how she developed throughout her career enables her to assist those who wish to steer their way to personal and organisational success.

Jane Wilson is a Melbourne-based business manager, a mother and a blogger. She manages the local branch of Fantastic Cleaners, a company which provides a wide range of services to both residential and business clients.

They are very involved in the local community and promote nature friendly cleaning solutions. She also has a small blog, called Modern Housewives, where she provides tips and describes the life of the modern woman, balancing work, family, home and finding time for herself.

Some areas of her expertise include service management, business planning, marketing management and investment policies.

Rebecca Livesey is the Founder and Managing Director of Achieve-Lead-Succeed, a keynote speaker, leadership consultant and executive coach based in Brisbane, Australia.
